Delegation Manager

At onhunters, we are looking to recruit a Branch Manager for an important company in the transport and logistics sector, who will assume the integral management of one of its branches, with a high level of autonomy and decision-making capacity.

We are looking for a professional with consolidated experience in the sector, a global business vision, and the ability to lead both operations as well as the teams, clients, and resources of the branch.

The selected person will have a key role in the evolution of the branch, participating in decision-making and in the definition and execution of actions oriented towards business growth, efficiency, and profitability.

• Integral management of the branch and supervision of its daily activity.
• Coordination and supervision of the transport, logistics, warehouse, and distribution areas.
• Leadership and management of the team, organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Operational and business decision-making with a high degree of autonomy.
• Monitoring of the main indicators of activity, productivity, costs, profitability, and service quality.
• Identification of deviations and implementation of corrective measures.
• Management and resolution of operational incidents and critical situations.
• Supervision of the relationship with clients, suppliers, and collaborators.
• Participation in the acquisition, loyalty, and development of clients.
• Identification of new business opportunities and development of actions for the growth of the branch.
• Analysis of processes and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Optimization of resources and search for improvements in efficiency and profitability.
• Coordination with the company's Management and participation in the definition of the branch strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and the regulations applicable to the sector.

• At least 5 years of experience in responsibility positions within the transport and/or logistics sector.
• Previous experience managing a branch, logistics center, business unit, or operations area.
• Knowledge of the functioning and operations of the transport and logistics sector.
• Experience in team management and leadership.
• Experience in the management of clients, suppliers, and collaborators.
• Ability to analyze information and make decisions autonomously.
• Executive, decisive, and results-oriented profile.
• Global vision of the business and ability to understand the relationship between operations, people, clients, costs, and profitability.
• Capacity for organization, planning, and prioritization.
