The role
At onhunters, we are looking for an HR Specialist | Personnel Administration & Payroll. The position will support daily Human Resources management, with a special focus on personnel administration, payroll, contracting, and indicator monitoring, ensuring correct employee care.
🚀 What will be your mission?
Your mission will be to support the daily management of Human Resources, guaranteeing correct administration of the employment cycle, the monitoring of payroll variables and the main indicators of the area, as well as adequate attention and resolution of employee inquiries.
What you'll do
- Participation in the comprehensive management of personnel administration and HR.
📋 Your main responsibilities will be:
- Administratively manage the employment cycle: registrations, terminations, contracts, and modifications.
- Collect and review payroll variables: overtime, shifts, night shifts, absences, etc.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HR systems.
- Monitor absenteeism and Human Resources KPIs.
- Provide support in onboarding, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Resolve labor inquiries from employees.
- Apply the collective agreement and labor regulations.
- Provide support in audits and internal projects within the area.
