What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you feel passion for commerce, food, and people, and if you have:

Technical Degree in Systems Engineering. Other training is valued depending on experience
B2 level of English and French is valued.
Minimum required experience of 5 years as a project manager and in program management.
Experience in the Retail sector: supply chain management, logistics, products, purchasing center....
Previous experience leading large teams at both internal and external levels is required.

Technical Knowledge:

Development of J2EE and As400 applications and application integration (DBT/HOP/WSO2,..).
Agile Methodologies / Jira.
Proficiency in office automation.
BigQuery knowledge is valued.

The role

You will be part of the Systems Management team, and your mission will be to lead transversal and multi-project programs that respond to a strategic objective of the department, organizing and coordinating all the projects contained within the perimeter to ensure the success of the business objectives.

In addition to managing the transversal impacts that may exist between the different Systems areas within the projects of your programs.

Your functions, among others, will be:

Lead programs and direct projects, assuming responsibility for meeting objectives, from definition with users to implementation, coordinating all actions and people involved.
You will be the guarantor of the quality of the deliverables and the degree of compliance with the methodology.
Coordinate the correct implementation of all deliverables of your programs and the necessary training for users.
Participate in the project development team, mainly in definition, design, integration, and implementation tasks.
Provide technical and functional ideas to provide business solutions.
Develop technical, business, and management knowledge. Global vision of applications in the assigned area.
You will be responsible for the delivery of the projects and assigned tasks within the expected timeframe and quality, as well as the coordination of the transversal impacts of the projects on other areas.
Organize, guide, follow up with, and evaluate the people assigned to the program's projects.
