What you'll do

Handling phone calls and managing email.
Filing and organizing documentation.
Introduction and updating of data in management applications.
Management and monitoring of delivery notes, orders, and invoices.
Administrative support to the operations, purchasing, and human resources departments.
Preparation of documents, reports, and basic reporting.
Control and registration of supplier and client documentation.
Managing administrative incidents.
