What we're looking for

Previous experience in administrative functions, preferably in purchasing, procurement, or supplier management departments.
Ability to manage administrative documentation, orders, delivery notes, and invoices with attention to detail.
Experience in reviewing and comparing prices, as well as in validating economic conditions with suppliers.
Skill to coordinate information with different departments and perform administrative project tracking.
Knowledge of office tools and ability to work with high volumes of information.
Organized, proactive, autonomous person accustomed to working in dynamic environments and with demanding deadlines.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in sectors related to construction, renovations, interior works, decoration, or building materials.

The role

As a Purchasing Administrator, you will support the purchasing department by managing orders, invoices, transport, and material tracking for various construction and interior design projects.

Consolidated and growing company within the interior design sector.
Key role in purchasing, participating in high-visibility projects.

What you'll do

Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.
Manage material orders and track them until delivery.
Review, compare, and validate prices and purchasing conditions with suppliers.
Register invoices and ensure their correct allocation to the various projects.
Request and manage supplier quotes.
Coordinate transport and track shipments and deliveries.
Verify the correct receipt of materials necessary for the works.
Keep administrative documentation related to purchasing up to date.
