Requirements

What we're looking for

  • More than 5 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, or similar positions.
  • Solid experience in CI/CD practices, GitHub Actions, GitHub Apps, repository management, and automation workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), using Terraform or equivalent tools.
  • Experience with modern platform technologies, especially Kubernetes and OpenShift.
  • Knowledge of tools such as OpenSearch, OpenSearch Dashboards, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar monitoring and reporting solutions.
  • Experience implementing GitOps practices, platform automation, self-service capabilities, and operational support processes.
  • Knowledge of scripting and automation with Python, Bash, or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of reliability, security, scalability, and operational excellence principles.

Nice to have

  • Experience with GrimoireLab or equivalent platforms for analytics, community metrics, and reporting.
  • Experience in Open Source and InnerSource practices.
  • Knowledge of automation and transformation of operational data into useful information for decision-making.
  • Interest in exploring emerging technologies, new platform engineering practices, and AI-assisted operational capabilities.

At Pasiona, we are looking for a DevOps Engineer / Platform Engineer. The selected profile will participate in the design, implementation, automation, and operation of infrastructures, deployment pipelines, monitoring solutions, and platform services that support the OSPO (Open Source Program Office) ecosystem.
