We are looking for 2 people to join our Distribution within Supply Chain team for 6 months, where they will be able to continue learning and developing in a dynamic environment that is highly connected with different areas of the business.

• Provide support in the planning, consolidation, and management of domestic orders, taking into account order volume and delivery dates.
• Collaborate in the coordination of loads with carriers and perform order tracking through logistics operators' tools.
• Support the management and tracking of domestic and export orders.
• Maintain fluid communication with the logistics center, carriers, freight forwarders, logistics operators, and other providers.
• Track orders and deliveries, identifying possible incidents and collaborating on their resolution.
• Provide support in the preparation and management of the documentation necessary for export shipments, in coordination with forwarders and customs agents.
• Collaborate with the Commercial department to facilitate order tracking and respond to needs related to deliveries.
• Support the tracking and control of distribution logistics costs.
• Collect and analyze information related to the area's main indicators.
• Keep order information and documentation up to date in the corresponding systems and tools.
• Collaborate in the coordination between the different participants in the supply chain: logistics center, suppliers, logistics operators, and customers.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve processes in the Logistics and Distribution area.

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher level), university degree, or equivalent training in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related areas.

Previous experience or internships in transport companies, logistics operators, freight forwarders, forwarders, or logistics and distribution departments are valued.

Basic knowledge of order management, transport, and export documentation is valued.

Medium-high level of English, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of Oracle JDE or other ERP systems is valued.

Strong command of computer tools, especially Excel.

Organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.

Interest in data analysis and indicator tracking.

Good communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.

Proactive, organized, methodical person with the ability to work in a team.
