Guarantee a reliable sales forecast and convert it into a realistic demand and supply plan, ensuring product availability, a high level of customer service, and a balanced inventory that prevents both stockouts and excesses or obsolescence.
Prepare and review the statistical forecast of assigned products with a planning horizon of up to 36 months. Actively participate in business planning cycles and meetings.
Translate the sales forecast into structured purchasing plans and operational delivery schedules.
Manage purchase orders, performing continuous monitoring of deliveries and the correct receipt of goods. Control inventory levels and stock cover, and mitigate the risk of product obsolescence.
Maintain fluid communication and constant coordination with the Sales, Marketing, Finance, suppliers, warehouse, and other key departments.
