Job Opportunity: Billing administrative assistant.

We are looking to add to our team in Gran Canaria two proactive and organized professionals to fill the role of Billing administrative assistant.

Job Description

We are currently seeking two administrative profiles for immediate hire at our offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The selected candidate will join a dynamic department and play a key role in supporting billing operations as well as managing various general administrative tasks. We value previous experience, especially in the transportation sector, and the ability to integrate quickly into a demanding work environment.

Main Responsibilities

Customer service, managing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
Performing general administrative tasks, including email management, document scanning, and advanced use of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Managing and organizing documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
Direct support in the billing department for the following tasks:
Issuing payments and invoices.
Calculating and recording amounts.
Coordination with the rest of the departments.

Job Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in administrative positions.
Experience in the billing department is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office automation tools (email, scanner, etc.).
Ability for document management and filing.
Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines.
Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude.
Immediate availability.
