The role

What you'll do

Management and processing of judicial writs.
Review of administrative documentation.
Data recording and case file control.
Management of the mailbox and tracking of requests.
Administrative support for various services (Judicial writs and GDPR).

How you'll work

Temporary contract through Grupo Constant
Full time – 39 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Training: July and August from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Local and regional holidays are worked.

Administrative Manager – Judicial Offices (Almería) – Full time

Requirements

Experience in administrative tasks.
Agility in reading and analyzing documentation.
Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, Access).
Ability to work as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of financial products and data protection is valued.
