The role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant / Homeowners Association Manager to join a dynamic project within a leading company in the real estate sector.
What you'll do
✅ Reading, analysis, and comprehension of community meeting minutes.
✅ Preparation and updating of information in management systems.
✅ Management of the community mailbox.
✅ Contact with property managers and community presidents.
✅ Obtaining and validating documentation from homeowners' associations.
✅ Verification and updating of contact data.
✅ Administrative management related to properties and communities.
✅ Analysis and processing of information to guarantee data quality.
