The role

Grupoconstant is looking for an experienced Freight Traffic Manager to join our team in Gran Canaria. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in freight handling, a solid geographical knowledge of the island, and proven leadership skills. They will be responsible for the efficient management of the freight flow, ensuring punctuality and safety in all operations. Additionally, they must have experience with specific freight management software and strong problem-solving skills to face daily challenges. Immediate availability is required.

Optimize transport routes to ensure efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage the traffic team, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
