We are looking for a person to join our Corporate Claims team in Barcelona, who will accompany our corporate clients throughout the entire claims management process, providing close, rigorous, and solution-oriented service.

Manage the claims of our corporate clients, from notification to resolution and closure, defending their interests and coordinating the necessary actions with insurers, loss adjusters, and other professionals involved.

• Receive and register claim notifications, gathering the necessary information and documentation for processing.
• Review policies and analyze the coverages, limits, and deductibles applicable to each file.
• Process and follow up on claims, controlling deadlines and keeping information updated in the system.
• Accompany clients throughout the entire process, resolving doubts and proactively informing them about the progress of their files.
• Coordinate management with insurers, loss adjusters, and other professionals to facilitate the resolution of claims.
• Review settlement proposals and manage potential discrepancies, defending the client's interests within the framework of their policy.
• Collaborate with the corporate accounts team to offer coordinated service.
• Identify recurring incidents and propose improvements in management processes.

• Management of business insurance claims, such as property damage, general liability, or multi-risk business insurance.
• Interpretation of policy wording and analysis of coverages.
• Liaising with corporate clients, insurers, and loss adjusters.
• Simultaneous management of files, with organization, attention to detail, and deadline monitoring.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
