The role
From the Administration Department, we are looking to bring in a student intern to our Management Control Department in Madrid, whose main mission will be to provide support in monitoring compliance with internal control over accounting records and financial reporting of the companies or contracts associated with the Prezero business.
What you'll do
• Carry out and update risk assessments of the workplaces under their responsibility, as well as hygienic, ergonomic, and psychosocial measurements, additional technical reports, and control and monitoring visits.
• Conduct regular supervision of preventive activity in the assigned services, ensuring the effective implementation of preventive measures.
• Provide administrative support in managing OHS documentation (Audits, ISO 45001 Certificate, management system. UNIFIKAS, etc.)
• Support investigations of serious or significant accidents
• Preparation of reports related to OHS (Reporting, Emergencies, Drills...).
Requirements
- Education: Degree preferably in Business Administration or similar. A Master's in OHS with the 3 specialties (Ergonomics, Safety, and Hygiene) is valued.
- Languages: B1/B2 level English.
- Office tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace. Knowledge of Argis and Qgis is valued.
- Experience: not required.
- Profile: proactive attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills, dealing with clients and the public.
