About the role


From the Management Department, we are looking to bring in a trainee to our Management Control Department in Madrid, whose main mission will be to provide support in monitoring compliance with internal control over accounting records and financial reporting of companies or contracts associated with the Prezero business.

What you'll do

•    Carry out and update risk assessments of workplaces under their responsibility, as well as hygiene, ergonomic, psychosocial measurements, additional technical reports, and control and monitoring visits.
•    Carry out regular supervision of preventive activity in assigned services, ensuring the effective implementation of preventive measures.
•    Provide administrative support in managing occupational risk prevention documentation (Audits, ISO 45001 Certificate, management system. UNIFIKAS, etc.)
•    Support investigations of serious or significant accidents
•    Preparation of reports related to occupational risk prevention (Reporting, Emergencies, Drills...).

What we're looking for

Requirements

  • Education: Degree preferably in Business Administration or similar. A Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention with the 3 specialties (Ergonomics, Safety, and Hygiene) is valued.
  • Languages: B1/B2 English level. 
  • Office tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace. Knowledge of Argis and Qgis is valued.
  • Experience: Not required.
  • Profile: Proactive attitude, responsibility, and organizational skills, dealing with clients and the public.
