Public Relations Fuerteventura

Princess Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Public Relations professional for our Hotel Fuerteventura Princess.

As Public Relations, your main functions will be the following:

• Resolution of incidents and complaints, management of comments and suggestions, and follow-up in order to ensure that every client enjoys their stay at the hotel to the fullest.
• Attention to VIP clients, groups, clients with special needs, repeat guests, etc.
• Management of special wishes and requests prior to and during the stay.
• Personalized and proactive treatment of the client, anticipating their needs and wishes in order to build client loyalty.
• Management and improvement of online reputation (answering reviews and monitoring and analyzing the evolution of satisfaction indices on different platforms).
• Processing data from client surveys and other channels and analyzing the results to identify points for service improvement.
• Management and follow-up of post-stay claims.
• Support in event coordination.
• Accompanying visits and transmitting information about the hotel and its values to our external partners and potential future clients.
• Organization and updating of information channels directed at hotel clients (preparation of signage, updating digital information, support for the implementation of commercial offers,...).
• Control of information about the hotel published by external partners (review of Tour Operator catalogues).
• Interdepartmental communication (service orders, coordination of special client requests, support for the implementation of service improvements).

• Previous experience in the area of at least one year.

• Previous experience in 4-star hotels.
• Studies related to the field.
