The role
At Princess Hotels & Resorts we are looking for a Receptionist for our Hotel Fuerteventura Princess located in Pájara, South Fuerteventura.
As a Receptionist your main functions will be the following:
What you'll do
- Qualifiedly, proactively, and responsibly handle the reception of guests and all related tasks.
- Perform customer service duties at the reception.
- Handle tasks related to room occupancy and sales.
- Safeguard valuables and money deposited.
- Perform tasks related to billing and collection, as well as foreign currency exchange.
- Receive, process, and direct customer complaints to the appropriate services.
