Section Head

We are looking for a Station Chef for one of our Hotels located in the Taurito area.

• Perform in a qualified manner the functions of control and supervision of the shift and/or service assigned to them under the direction of the head chef.
• Cooking duties.
• Participating in the control of supplies, preservation, and storage of goods.
• Prepare reports on the management of resources and processes of their shift and/or service.
• Collaborate in the training of staff under your supervision.

A person focused on achieving objectives, dynamic, proactive, and with good communication and assertiveness skills.
