Requirements

What we're looking for

Training: Technician in Catering, Vocational Training Level I or II in Hospitality and Tourism, Intermediate or Higher Level Vocational Training.
Languages: Proficiency in Spanish, English, and German. Other languages (French, Italian) are desirable.
Experience: Must provide consolidated experience in the development of functions related to the position in a hotel of similar characteristics for a minimum of 1 year.
IT knowledge: Knowledge of office automation (Office Suite).

What you'll do

Supervision and monitoring of VIP clients, VIP rooms, and Hotel Experience.
Customer service, management and resolution of complaints, and escalation to Quality when appropriate.
Coordination with guides, tour operators, and support to the Reception department.
Organization of restaurant reservations, transfers, babysitting services, and special requests.
Administrative management: distribution of emails, preparation of letters, excursion control, telemarketing, and lost property.
Review of signage, support to PR in restaurants, and management of materials.
Telephone assistance and response to comments on social media.
Guarantee the quality of information for groups and comply with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention standards.
