The role

As Purchasing and Supply Manager, your mission will be to guarantee efficient, continuous, and competitive sourcing of meat raw materials, auxiliary materials, and services, ensuring cost optimization, supply quality, and compliance with food safety standards, directly contributing to operational continuity and business profitability.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Operations Director, the selected candidate will take on the following responsibilities:

Manage and supervise purchasing and supply activities.
Optimize the supply chain to ensure efficiency and cost reduction.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure availability of materials and products.
Monitor inventory levels and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Supervise and develop the purchasing and logistics team.
Implement strategies to improve purchasing processes and the supply chain.
Prepare periodic reports on supply chain performance.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of purchasing and supply chain management in the meat or perishable product industry.
Ability to negotiate with suppliers.
Ability to lead and motivate work teams.
Proficiency in management tools and ERP systems.
