The role

Family business mainly dedicated to gourmet food seeks a consultative sales representative for the Barcelona area and surroundings.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join a consolidated project within the premium food sector. The selected candidate will join a close-knit and dynamic commercial team, working directly with the sales management and being part of a small team focused on the customer.
The position combines managing the existing portfolio with business development, especially in the HORECA channel and gourmet stores.Main functions

Management and retention of an active client portfolio (approx. 200 accounts).
Prospecting and developing new business opportunities, focusing on the HORECA channel and gourmet retail.
Personalized customer advice on assortment and product.
Support with product display at the point of sale:

- Merchandising
- Placement and visibility
- POS materials (posters, displays, etc.)

Identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Coordinating with the commercial team for area management.

Summary

Family business mainly dedicated to gourmet food.
Management and retention of an active client portfolio (approx. 100 accounts).

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Previous experience as a sales representative, ideally in: Food sector or HORECA channel or Gourmet or premium products
Customer-oriented with strong advisory skills
Dynamic profile, autonomous and strongly results-driven
Knowledge of the local horeca/gourmet channel in Barcelona (highly valued)
