About the role

At Izertis, we are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Senior Process and Organization Consultant, to collaborate with one of our clients in the insurance sector.

What you'll do

  • Analysis and documentation of AS-IS / TO-BE processes.
  • Design and implementation of operating models.
  • Process reengineering and optimization.
  • Definition of roles, functions, and responsibilities.
  • Preparation of RACI and DPT matrices.
  • Team sizing and workload leveling.
  • Definition and monitoring of indicators/KPIs.
  • Change management and coordination of stakeholders.
  • Conducting workshops with business, operations, and technology areas.
  • Preparation of procedures, guides, operational documentation, and informational/training materials.
  • Cross-functional coordination between different areas and suppliers.

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish, both spoken and written.
  • Residence in Barcelona or the metropolitan area.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in organization and process projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the operational implementation of organizational initiatives, including review and documentation of processes, procedures, functions, and responsibilities.
  • Recent experience in cross-functional projects affecting multiple functional areas and in organizations with more than 500 employees.
  • Experience in the insurance sector.
  • Demonstrable experience in at least 3 projects over the last 3 years.
  • Ability to work autonomously and interact with contacts from different areas.
