What we're looking for
To be eligible for the Security Guard TIP, you must meet the following official requirements established by current regulations of the Ministry of the Interior for the performance of Private Security duties and the obtaining of the TIP.;
- Be of legal age.
- Hold Spanish nationality or that of a member state of the European Union or a state party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
- Hold the Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) certificate or a higher qualification. If you completed your studies outside Spain, it will be essential that your qualification is duly recognized.
- Possess the necessary psychological and physical aptitude to perform Private Security duties.
- Have no criminal record.
- Show genuine interest and commitment to developing professionally in the Private Security sector, as well as to completing the qualification process and mandatory integration into Prosegur.
Nice to have
Having a driver's license and your own vehicle will also be valued.

🎓 Official qualification process (TIP)
You will access a training process, with full accompaniment throughout the training and in managing the procedures required to obtain the TIP until your effective integration into Prosegur.
🛡️ Commitment to mandatory integration into Prosegur
Participation in this process implies acceptance of a commitment to integrate as a Security Guard at Prosegur once the TIP is obtained, under the established terms.
The role
Access a qualification process to join stably as a Security Guard.
We are looking for people interested in joining us as Security Guards. If you do not yet have your TIP, you will participate in a prior qualification process, necessary for your incorporation into our services in Palma de Mallorca.
Process at no cost
The training will have no cost, provided that the agreed integration commitment is fulfilled.

❗IMPORTANT: Attendance is a key requirement and must be full throughout the three-month duration of the course. During this period, it is not possible to take vacations or unjustified absences, so it is essential to carefully assess your availability.
