The role
We are looking for a Loyalty Specialist (Booking Engines) — Palma de Mallorca, for a platform that helps hotel chains and hotels in Spain, Portugal, and LATAM to sell more directly by connecting with, getting to know, and building loyalty with their guests.
Manage and build loyalty within the hotel portfolio linked to a specific booking engine, ensuring that clients leverage the platform and renew due to the value they receive. This person will be the company's point of reference for that booking engine and the partner's main interlocutor, coordinating the commercial and operational relationship, joint actions, and technological integration improvements. They will join the Customer Success team, within the Loyalty Specialists group.
What you'll do
- Manage the hotel portfolio in Spain and LATAM, including both direct clients and hotels that arrive through the booking engine as a reseller.
- Monitor platform usage, renewals, and the risk of client churn.
- Specialize in the assigned booking engine.
- Manage the commercial and operational relationship with the partner and coordinate joint events, campaigns, and training.
- Detect improvements in technological integration, prioritize them with the integrations team, and monitor their implementation.
- Support the partner in the training, activation, and monitoring of their indirect portfolio.
- Anticipate risks of account loss and prepare and lead renewal conversations.
- Detect growth opportunities and convey them to the Product Specialist with the necessary context.
- Use Claude connected to the platform and internal tools to analyze the portfolio, prepare renewals, and respond to hotels.
- Coordinate with Support, Onboarding, and Marketing to offer a consistent experience throughout the entire client relationship cycle.
How you'll work
- Full-time.
- Hybrid modality from Palma de Mallorca (1 day in person per week).
- Fixed salary + quarterly incentives linked to portfolio renewals and any accompanying expansions.
- Availability for part of the afternoon shift due to client service for the Americas.
- 23 vacation days.
- Personalized career plan and training.
