Acquiring Product Manager

At Prosegur, we are looking for an Acquiring Product Manager for our Prosegur Pay product.

The mission of this position is to turn Prosegur Pay into a benchmark, scalable, and robust product, ensuring that every product evolution generates real impact on clients, operations, and business. The person who holds this role will be responsible for taking the product from functional definition to live operation, anticipating blockers, solving real problems, and supporting the international growth of the solution. • Act as Product Owner for the Prosegur Pay product, with true ownership of the backlog.
• Translate business, operational, and client needs into clear, prioritized, and actionable functional requirements.
• Work directly with development teams, ensuring a high-quality functional definition aligned with the global strategy.
• Actively participate in the delivery of enhancements, continuous improvements, and new features.
• Design and execute the UAT test suite, validating that solutions work correctly before deployment.
• Act as second-line support for complex incidents, collaborating with operations and technology to resolve them.
• Anticipate technical, operational, or regulatory blockers when scaling the product into new markets.
• Collaborate closely with the global product, technology (IT), operations, and commercial teams.

• Solid experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital products.
• Experience in payments, fintech, and acquiring is valued.
• Previous experience working with software vendors and payment platforms.
• End-to-end product vision, from definition to day-to-day operations.
• Experience working with development teams (functional definition, prioritization, follow-up).
• Ability to move comfortably between product, operations, and support, understanding that the product lives in production.
• Practical mindset, focused on solving real problems and getting things done.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Advanced English level, sufficient to interact in an international environment.

En Prosegur estamos buscando un/a Product Manager de Adquirencia para nuestro producto Prosegur Pay.

La misión de esta posición es convertir Prosegur Pay en un producto de referencia, escalable y robusto, asegurando que cada evolución del producto genere impacto real en clientes, operación y negocio. La persona que ocupe el rol será responsable de llevar el producto desde la definición funcional hasta su funcionamiento en producción, anticipando bloqueos, resolviendo problemas reales y acompañando el crecimiento internacional de la solución. Es una oportunidad para construir, escalar y dejar huella en un producto estratégico dentro de un grupo líder.

• Ejercer como Product Owner del producto Prosegur Pay, con ownership real del backlog.
• Traducir necesidades de negocio, operación y cliente en requisitos funcionales claros, priorizados y accionables.
• Trabajar directamente con equipos de desarrollo, asegurando una definición funcional de calidad y alineada con la estrategia global.
• Participar activamente en la ejecución de evolutivos, mejoras continuas y nuevas funcionalidades.
• Diseñar y ejecutar la batería de pruebas UAT, validando que las soluciones funcionan correctamente antes de su despliegue.
• Actuar como segunda línea de soporte ante incidencias complejas, colaborando con operaciones y tecnología para su resolución.
• Anticipar bloqueantes técnicos, operativos o regulatorios de cara al escalado del producto en nuevos mercados.
• Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo global de producto, tecnología (IT), operaciones y el área comercial.

• Experiencia sólida como Product Owner o Product Manager en productos digitales.
• Valorable experiencia en pagos, fintech, adquirencia.
• Experiencia previa trabajando con proveedores de software y plataformas de pagos.
• Visión end‑to‑end del producto, desde la definición hasta la operación diaria.
• Experiencia trabajando con equipos de desarrollo (definición funcional, priorización, seguimiento).
• Capacidad para moverse cómodamente entre producto, operación y soporte, entendiendo que el producto vive en producción.
• Mentalidad práctica, orientada a resolver problemas reales y a ejecutar.
• Buenas capacidades de comunicación y coordinación transversal.
• Nivel de inglés alto, suficiente para interactuar en un entorno internacional.
