Product Management IT

We are looking for a Product Management professional to collaborate in our insurance area

7-10+ years in Product Management, Product Strategy, Platform, or Technology Portfolio roles.

• Expertise in managing ecosystems of complex solutions (AI, data, platforms, SaaS, vendors).

• Strong exposure to enterprise governance processes and decision-making at scale.

• Solid understanding of the AI / GenAI landscape and vendor ecosystems.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving ecosystems.

• Management of senior stakeholders at the product, technology, and governance level.

Define and maintain the AI solutions portfolio at the Group level (scope: GenAI end-user/workplace, Claims, or Contact Center).

• End-to-end ownership of the framework: maintenance, evolution, versioning, and releases in a structured cadence.

• Build and maintain mappings between business use case families, target user profiles, and recommended AI solutions.

• Contribute to make-or-buy assessments for AI capabilities and vendor solution positioning.

• Collaborate with Product Owners of GenAI/Native AI, CTO, Architecture, Security, Data, and AI Governance teams.

• Identify redundancies, overlaps, and gaps in the portfolio; propose recommended solution sets by category.

• Coordinate with entities to promote convergence and reduce duplication and fragmentation at the Group level.

• Expertise en gestión de ecosistemas de soluciones complejas (IA, datos, plataformas, SaaS, vendors).

• Fuerte exposición a procesos de gobernanza enterprise y toma de decisiones a escala.

• Sólida comprensión del panorama de IA / GenAI y ecosistemas de vendors.

• Capacidad para navegar ambigüedad y ecosistemas en evolución.

• Gestión de stakeholders senior a nivel de producto, tecnología y gobernanza.

Definir y mantener el portafolio de soluciones IA a nivel Group (ámbito: GenAI end-user/workplace, Claims o Contact Center).

• Propietario end-to-end del framework: mantenimiento, evolución, versionado y releases en cadencia estructurada.

• Construir y mantener mappings entre familias de casos de uso de negocio, perfiles de usuario objetivo y soluciones IA recomendadas.

• Contribuir a evaluaciones make-or-buy de capacidades IA y posicionamiento de soluciones vendor.

• Colaborar con Product Owners de GenAI/Native AI, CTO, Arquitectura, Seguridad, Datos y equipos de Gobernanza IA.

• Identificar redundancias, solapamientos y gaps en el portafolio; proponer conjuntos de soluciones recomendadas por categoría.

• Coordinar con entidades para promover convergencia y reducir duplicación y fragmentación a nivel Group.
