We are looking to hire an intern to support the administrative and operational management of labor requests in Barcelona.
Your functions will consist of providing administrative and operational support in the management of labor requests received through tickets, email, and telephone calls, ensuring timely, efficient attention in accordance with internal procedures. Preparing documentation and participating in the drafting of documents in response to requests received, such as: Inquiries regarding collective bargaining agreements, requests for leaves of absence, court notifications, union requests, subrogation processes, equality plans, severance pay, and working day adaptations.
