What you'll do

Support Puig's Media teams with all procurement-related activities to maximize efficiency, ensure cost optimization, create value, drive operational excellence, and develop strategic partnerships with media agencies and suppliers. Lead media-related sourcing activities across offline, digital, programmatic, social media, and performance marketing categories, while driving innovation and supporting business and marketing objectives.

  • Support the Media team with RFQ and pitch processes for agencies and partners.
  • Follow up on media agency deliverables according to defined KPIs, including PRIP components, team turnover tracker, and productivity.
  • Track media investment deployment across markets.
  • Conduct yearly negotiations with IOEM external platforms and monitor performance.
  • Support business reviews with key partners and identify new potential partners.
  • Support ESG initiatives with suppliers, including carbon footprint analysis and risk assessments.

We'd love to meet you if you have

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media procurement.
  • Experience managing media, marketing services, advertising, or digital categories.
  • Proven experience negotiating with global media agencies and marketing service providers.
  • Experience operating in international and matrix organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
  • Languages: Spanish native; English fluent; French would be highly valuable
