AI Engineer

I am collaborating with an international HealthTech startup that is developing a real-time intelligent clinical assistant, designed by and for medical professionals. Their mission is to transform healthcare through responsibly applied AI, helping doctors and nurses focus on patients while technology takes on the administrative burden.

Although in its early stages, it has strong funding and an internationally renowned founder, with experience backing multiple unicorns in the digital and healthcare sectors. The technical and product team already totals about 10 people, with Barcelona as the main hub.

• Multi-agent systems architecture (planner-executor-critic)

As an AI Engineer (Senior), you will have a key, hands-on role with technical decision-making power. You will participate in decisions regarding architecture, scalability, and the evaluation of AI systems, within an autonomous, collaborative environment with a product mindset.
