The role

At Q-Tech we are looking for a R&D Operating Manager for a leading multinational in test & measurement, headquartered in Brussels. You will be the first member of the team and will build and lead the engineering group responsible for the core engine of their test automation platform.

The platform validates complete user journeys on web, mobile, desktop, and virtualized environments (Citrix, VDI), and is used by large companies in sectors such as aerospace and defense, banking, healthcare, telecommunications, or automotive. Your team will be in charge of the engine behind it: it reads the screen of the system being tested and uses OCR, computer vision, and AI to execute instructions written in natural language.
