What we're looking for

What are we looking for in you? 🔍

  • You are a good person.

  • 5+ years of experience leading a business or operational teams, with direct responsibility for results. We will especially value:

    • Having managed a P&L.

    • Experience in "human-intensive" businesses, such as home care, or in the operational services of start-ups and scale-ups.

    • Experience in large transformations or integrations.

  • Experience leading operational teams and making people decisions: giving feedback, growing your teams, managing performance, and acting quickly when something is not working. We will value having led other leaders or teams in multiple locations.

  • Good analytical capacity: you know how to read a profit and loss statement, understand and explain deviations, and identify which KPI needs to be improved to correct them.

  • High level of "agency": you feel like the owner of your objectives and execute with autonomy and proactivity.

  • Ability to manage complex projects: prioritizing, planning, and adapting with agility to a changing environment.

  • Ability to influence without hierarchy and to communicate clearly. You will have to move central teams that do not depend on you and earn the trust of teams that have just joined the group.

  • Availability to travel about 8-10 days per month (within Spain). We want to be close to the group companies and their teams and therefore we try to visit them at least once a month.

  • High level of energy, in line with the challenge presented, and a desire to continue growing professionally.

We are looking for a Regional Manager & Integrations Manager to join our Integrations team.

In 2025, we closed a €37M funding round, the largest social impact round in Spain and Southern Europe. We are leaders in quality (4.8/5) and in technology within the sector.
