You are the talent we are looking for if you have...

University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Engineering, or similar.
Consolidated experience in client management, CRM, customer lifecycle management, business development, relationship marketing, or commercial management.
Experience in defining and implementing portfolio management strategies, loyalty, retention, cross-selling, and client development.
Knowledge of segmentation models, propensity, customer value, and advanced business analytics.
Ability to transform client data and insights into concrete business initiatives with measurable impact.
Experience working in data-driven environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across business,
Strategic vision combined with strong execution capability and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skills, problem structuring, and data-driven decision-making.
Interest in and knowledge of the opportunities that artificial intelligence offers to transform customer relationships, interaction personalization, and the generation of commercial value.

Nice to have

Experience participating in digital transformation initiatives, business-applied artificial intelligence, intelligent automation, or the design of new customer relationship models will be especially valued.
Knowledge of VidaCaixa and CaixaBank's commercial and distribution model will be especially valued.

The role

From the Commercial Activation and Portfolio Management Directorate, we need to hire a Portfolio Management Project Manager, based in BARCELONA/MADRID.

Your mission will be the comprehensive management of the client, driving their engagement and long-term value.

You will be responsible for designing, driving, and evolving VidaCaixa's portfolio management strategies, with the aim of maximizing the long-term value of our clients, increasing their engagement, loyalty, growth, and retention through proactive, data-driven management.

Additionally, you will play a key role in the evolution of VidaCaixa's client relationship

You will work cross-functionally with the Business, Customer Experience, Analytics, Technology, and Commercial Activation areas to turn customer insights and technological capabilities into concrete initiatives with measurable impact on business and experience.
