The role

As Housekeeping Manager, you bring to our cleaning team an unparalleled commitment to excellence, a detail-oriented approach, and a genuine passion for ensuring an impeccable guest experience.

What you'll do

Lead and manage the Housekeeping team, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
Establish and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality in all guest rooms, common areas, and service spaces.
Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Prepare schedules, assign tasks, and oversee the inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens.
Train, motivate, and inspire your team to maintain our luxury service standards.
Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve our cleaning operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
