Support the Executive Housekeeper in the supervision of the Housekeeping Department, coordinating the team of chambermaids and valets to guarantee the cleanliness, order, and proper maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas. Supervise daily operations, ensure compliance with standards, organize tasks, inspect rooms and common areas, and contribute to the training and motivation of the team. Verify the correct use of tools and products, as well as the monitoring of set budgets, ensuring that the management of warehouses, stock, and inventories is carried out correctly. Act as an operational link between the team and the Executive Housekeeper for efficient execution oriented towards excellence in service.
