To this end, we are looking for Room Attendants to join our team and be an essential part of creating an impeccable and welcoming environment.

Job Mission:
Ensure the cleaning, order, and presentation of assigned rooms and areas are perfect, providing guests with a luxury and comfortable environment that exceeds their expectations.

- Perform daily cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of rooms and suites, meeting the hotel's quality and luxury standards.
- Change bed linens and towels, replenish amenities, and verify that rooms are fully equipped for guests.
- Conduct regular room inspections to identify any defects and report them to the maintenance or housekeeping department.

- Follow established procedures for managing lost and found items and ensure guest privacy and security.

- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to keep storage areas organized and ensure the availability of materials and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with the hygiene, sustainability, and safety protocols established by the company.

- Previous experience as a room attendant in hotels, preferably luxury establishments, is valued.
- Attention to detail, organization, and efficiency in completing tasks.
- Responsible, proactive, and customer-oriented individual.

- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- Basic knowledge of English will be valued for interacting with international guests.

REMEMBER: Before submitting your application, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your Human Resources manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Para ello, buscamos Camareros/as de Pisos que se unan a nuestro equipo y sean parte esencial en la creación de un ambiente impecable y acogedor.

Misión del Puesto:
Garantizar la limpieza, orden y presentación perfecta de las habitaciones, suites y áreas asignadas, proporcionando a los huéspedes un entorno de lujo y confort que supere sus expectativas.

- Realizar la limpieza, desinfección y mantenimiento diario de habitaciones y suites, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad y lujo del hotel.
- Cambiar ropa de cama y toallas, reponer amenities y verificar que las habitaciones estén completamente equipadas para los huéspedes.
- Realizar revisiones periódicas de las habitaciones para detectar posibles desperfectos y reportarlos al departamento de mantenimiento o housekeeping.

- Seguir los procedimientos establecidos para la gestión de objetos perdidos y garantizar la privacidad y seguridad de los huéspedes.

- Colaborar con el equipo de housekeeping para mantener los almacenes organizados y garantizar la disponibilidad de materiales y suministros.
- Asegurarse de cumplir con los protocolos de higiene, sostenibilidad y seguridad establecidos por la empresa.

- Valorable experiencia previa como camarero/a de pisos en hoteles, preferiblemente de lujo.
- Atención al detalle, organización y rapidez en la ejecución de tareas.
- Persona responsable, proactiva y con orientación al cliente.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos.

- Se valorará conocimiento básico de inglés para interactuar con huéspedes internacionales.

RECUERDA: Antes de presentar tu candidatura, deberás informar de tu interés por participar en el proceso de selección interno a tu responsable directo y/o Director/a de Hotel, y tu responsable de Recursos Humanos. Tu responsable jerárquico no tendrá la potestad de autorizar ni tampoco de frenar la presentación de una candidatura, pero sí deberá estar debidamente informado.
