What we're looking for

Academic training: Intermediate Degree in Administrative Management or a similar field (is sufficient).

Office automation: Fluent use of Microsoft Excel.

Languages: Intermediate level English (fluent reading and writing level is essential for document management/communications).

Systems/ERP: Demonstrable knowledge in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).

What you'll get

Base hourly salary: 13.51 €/hour

Equivalent annual base salary (full-time): 23,561.31 — Remuneration adapted proportionally to a part-time schedule of 4 hours daily between 8:30 and 15:00.

What you'll do

Main Functions

Administrative management and monitoring of the logistics and distribution area.

Data processing and entry in SAP SD.

Control of logistics documentation and daily administrative support.

Management of written communications in English with suppliers/customers as required.
