The role

An industrial sector company in constant growth is looking to incorporate a Production and Logistics Administrator into its team. You will be part of a dynamic plant environment, acting as a key link between manufacturing, warehouse, and shipping operations.

What you'll do

Production control: Daily review and recording of raw material and material consumption in the ERP, as well as management, monitoring, and closing of production orders (PO).
Deviation management: Analysis of differences between theoretical and actual consumption, proposing corrections and operational improvements.
Inventories and warehouse: Control, periodic stock regularization, and documentary management of goods entries and exits.
Logistics and shipping: Coordination of transport with customers and suppliers, shipment tracking, and resolution of incidents in reception/delivery.
Reporting and coordination: Preparation of periodic reports on stock, consumption, and logistics, collaborating closely with the Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Quality departments.

How you'll work

. Schedule: Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00 h (availability to work three shifts will also be valued).

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Administration, Transport and Logistics Management, or a technical/industrial field. Equivalent work experience in similar positions will be positively valued.
Experience: Between 1 and 2 years performing administrative functions in industrial environments, factories, or logistics centers.
Operational proficiency in SAP (or equivalent industrial ERP).
Intermediate level Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, and filtering).
Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and material flow.
Availability: Availability to work the night shift from 23:00 to 07:00 h; flexibility to work in rotating shifts (three shifts) if necessary will be positively valued.
Competencies: Proactive, rigorous person, with the capacity for autonomous work during the night and accustomed to fast-paced industrial environments.
Ability for rapid resolution of operational incidents.
