The role

What you'll do

The basic functions of the position are:

Perform invoicing/self-invoicing to suppliers.
Perform collections and the claim of unpaid invoices and pending delivery notes.
Control and monitor month-end provisions and stocks.
Perform the control of the payment remittance to suppliers.
Review personnel expenses (VISA) and balance the cash box.
Prepare documentation for accounting audits.

Requirements

Experience in SAP FI.

Benefits and conditions

The working day will be a split shift, of 38.75 hours per week, distributed as follows:

From Monday to Thursday: 8 hours and 15 minutes, with a flexible entry schedule from 07:30 to 08:30 and an exit schedule from 16:30 to 17:30, with a 45-minute lunch break.
Friday: 5 hours and 45 minutes, with flexible start times from 07:30 to 08:00 and end times from 13:30 to 14:00.
