Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in customer service positions with a commercial component.
Profile: We are looking for real proactivity. If you are the type who waits for the phone to ring, this is not your place. We want someone with initiative, ambition, and a "hunger" for sales.

In our team, we are not looking for conventional administrative staff; we are looking for talent with a business vision capable of transforming every contact into an opportunity for success.

Sales Support: Recording orders and offers in the system, actively supporting our field sales network.
Proactive Resolution: Managing transport incidents, claims, and web technical support, ensuring the closure of cases in a timely and proper manner.
