From our company, we are selecting a Customer Service Agent for an important company dedicated to the optics sector.

Your main mission will be to advise customers through telephone management and commercial calls, perform order recording in the computer system, as well as the resolution of incidents linked to telephone management, orders, and transport.

Main functions:

What you'll do

- Attend to customer calls, offering professional advice and resolving queries related to orders, products, and services.

- Order management: verification of data and clear communication regarding delivery times, order status, and incidents. Perform proactive follow-up of the same, anticipating possible delays or changes in delivery times.

- Resolve incidents and doubts in relation to orders placed through the enabled channels (Hoyailog, EDI)

- Advise customers on the most suitable products according to their needs, contributing to loyalty and satisfaction.

- Make calls for commercial support campaigns and verification of order status.

Manage complementary administrative tasks, ensuring the correct updating of information in internal systems and complying with established procedures.

- Collaboration with other departments (operations, commercial, logistics, finance) to guarantee a fast and coordinated response to any incident.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

How you'll work

30-hour weekly contract, mainly in the afternoon shift (15.00-21.00 / 14.00-20.00)
for 6 months you will be employed through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), and if all goes well, you will move directly to an indefinite contract with the company
Salary: 17,000 gross/year
On-site presence during the first training months, then it moves to a hybrid modality, with 3 days at home.
