The role

What you'll do

Project leadership: Direct the implementation and exhaustive monitoring of agro origin projects, ensuring compliance with milestones and maximizing their economic value.
Business development and origination: Identify, evaluate, and originate new agricultural projects that guarantee long-term sustainable supply.
Technical-financial analysis: Analyze business plans, perform sensitivity analyses, and evaluate the economic profitability of projects.
Negotiation and commercial structuring: Directly support the contractual and commercial structuring of initiatives and alliances.
Expert agronomic advice: Act as the internal technical reference for extensive crops, agricultural operations, and the agro value chain logistics.
Relationship with the agro ecosystem: Interact and negotiate with farmers, cooperatives, agricultural service companies, and origination areas.

Overview

Are you an agronomist or similar and passionate about the energy world? If you also have at least 6 years of experience as a salesperson and are very focused on business development, Randstad Professionals is looking for you.

Requirements

Education: Degree in Agronomy or equivalent university degree.
Experience: Minimum 6/8 years of solid experience in the agroindustrial sector, in upstream environments of crop development, implementation, and origination.
Technical knowledge: Deep mastery of the agronomy of extensive crops and the agro value chain.
Languages: Professional English (B2/C1)
Geographical availability: Ability to travel every 1/2 months for a week.
