Residence in Segovia or surrounding areas and availability to work morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts (according to the roster).

Your main functions are:

• Preparation and setup of the service area: Setting up the dining room, preparing tables, restocking, and setting up the buffet area before breakfast opening.
• Customer service and attention: Receiving and seating guests, attending to specific requests, and serving hot drinks or à la carte dishes according to service operations.
• Kitchen support and assistance: Occasional collaboration in the basic preparation of breakfast foods (cutting fruit, baking pastries, preparing toast) and initial plating.
• Constant maintenance and restocking: Continuous control of the buffet to guarantee freshness, immediate restocking of products, and tidiness throughout the service hours.
• Clearing and organization: Maintaining order and cleanliness in the dining room during the shift, clearing tables, and collaborating in the sink or pantry area when necessary.
