Heavy Boiler Team Leader

• Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in an industrial workshop environment specializing in boilers, heat exchangers, and pressure equipment.
• Specific knowledge: Interpretation of isometric drawings, advanced handling of folding machines and rollers for shaping, mastery of tube bending techniques, as well as preparation of joints for welding.

• Education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (FP) in Welding and Boilermaking, Mechanical Manufacturing, or an equivalent technical specialty.

A leading company in heavy boilermaking and the manufacturing of boilers, heat exchangers, and coils, providing key solutions for multinationals in the energy and petrochemical sectors, such as Repsol, Iberdrola, or Naturgy; is looking to incorporate a highly qualified boilermaker team leader - pipefitter to tackle the growing volume of our large industrial projects

• Manufacture and assemble complete boilers, boiler panels, coils, manifolds, small boilers, and tube-and-plate heat exchangers.
• Operate machines for cold and hot tube bending, including small radii, to shape ducts and openings in the boiler.
• Shape sheet metal using folding machines, press brakes, and rollers (all of large dimensions).
• Perform the reduction of boiler tube ends without the need to apply welding.
• Prepare edges and joints using beveling machines for subsequent joining with welding groups.
• Assist in performing local thermal work with resistances or in gas furnaces with calibrated thermocouples.
• Carry out inspection, diagnosis, and direct work at end-customer plants when the project requires it.
