Salary according to the Vizcaya hospitality sector agreement (13–14 euros gross/hour), except on the Christmas dates (December 24, 25, 31 and January 1), when a bonus will be paid

The role

Do you have experience in the hospitality sector as a cook? Do you have availability to work during the month of December? If so, at Randstad we are looking for people like you!

What you'll do

Mise en place: Organize, cut, wash, portion, and have all ingredients and utensils ready before service.
Cooking and dressing: Prepare dishes (daily menus, à la carte, banquets, or buffets) following the hotel's recipes and standards.
Presentation: Take care of the aesthetics, temperature, and finish of each dish before it leaves for the dining room or service area.
