Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of solid experience in accounting, supplier management (AP), customers/collections (AR), and treasury.
ERP / Systems (Essential): Proven proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Business Central.
Office automation: Advanced handling of Excel.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with the General Accounting Plan (PGC), bank reconciliations, currencies, and Incoterms/international operations.

Salary: Between €28,000 and €30,000 gross/year (depending on experience).
We are looking to hire an AP / AR Accountant to reinforce the financial and administrative department of a company in full growth and expansion.
The main objective of the position is to guarantee rigorous, efficient, and up-to-date administrative management, ensuring integral control of the billing cycle, treasury, and the accounting relationship with suppliers and customers. Reporting directly to the Financial Manager, the selected person will have responsibility over their operational area with the capacity to organize, control, and execute the corresponding accounting processes.
Management of the supplier and/or customer accounting cycle (AP/AR): Reception, review, validation, and recording of invoices.
Management of collections and payments: Control of the maturity calendar, issuance of payment proposals, monitoring of outstanding balances, and management of collections.
Reconciliations: Daily/monthly bank reconciliation and balancing of balances with supplier and customer accounts.
Management with international suppliers: Control of import/export operations, document management, currencies, and exchange rates.
Treasury and Reports: Preparation of treasury forecasts, debt reports, and control of the billing status for the Financial Management.
Incident management: Resolution of invoice discrepancies, price differences, credit notes, and duplicate payments or collections.
Tax and closing support: Preparation of data for tax forms (Intrastat, Form 349, VAT) and collaboration in accounting closings (General Accounting Plan) and audits.
Internal coordination: Collaboration with the Purchasing, Sales, and Logistics departments to validate the correspondence between orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
Work modality: On-site. (Monday to Thursday: 09:00 to 18:30 h. - Friday: 09:00 to 15:00 h (intensive working day))
