Frontal and Trilateral forklift license and Reach truck license and experience

Vocational Training or Intermediate/Higher Degree in Logistics, Transport, or Warehouse Management, or equivalent experience.

Knowledge: Warehouse processes (receiving, putaway, picking, dispatch, and inventories), counterbalance forklift, trilateral, and reach truck licenses.

Intermediate level of Microsoft Office. Especially Excel and Outlook. Regular use of SAP EWM and basic knowledge of Power BI.

Perform monitoring of the shift's operations: productivity, quality, safety, incidents, and communication to the Shift Supervisor.

Directly support warehouse operations and cover specific needs in receiving, putaway, picking, loading/unloading, and inventories.

Perform administrative tasks and basic shift reporting, guaranteeing the traceability and correct documentation of the operation.

Provide first-level functional support to SAP EWM users, resolving basic incidents and escalating those that exceed their scope.

Train and accompany users in logistics processes and systems, reinforcing the correct use of tools and procedures.

Collaborate with Key User / IT in testing, implementations, and improvements; identify improvement opportunities and maintain instructions or operational documentation.

Provide support to workers regarding incidents or doubts related to SAP, EWM, Inbound Monitor, Shipment Monitor, and other tools used in the operation

Perform the necessary checks to identify the origin of incidents before proceeding with their escalation

Register and communicate incidents that cannot be resolved from the operational level, performing the corresponding follow-up

Temporary contract with the possibility of joining the permanent staff

Full-time in rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night
