Credit Analyst with English & French/Polish

Are you an experienced Credit Analyst looking to advance your career in a dynamic international environment? We are seeking a multilingual professional fluent in English and either French or Polish (ideally both) to join a leading global company. In this role, you will manage end-to-end credit control operations, drive risk assessment strategies, and ensure optimal cash collection across international markets

As part of the team, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage cash collection processes and maintain direct contact with international customers for debt claims and account reconciliations.
• Perform risk assessment activities and analyze customer creditworthiness to minimize financial exposure.
• Execute order release decisions based on rigorous credit risk analysis and internal approvals.
• Prepare regular reports on credit control, accounts receivable aging, and financial risk metrics.
• Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure full compliance with company risk policies.
• Drive continuous process improvement within the credit and collections workflow.

• Hybrid work model including 2 days of teleworking per week.

• University Degree (Bachelor) in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or cash collection within an international environment.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: French or Polish. Fluency in all three languages is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in customer debt reconciliation, risk analysis, and order release management.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems and software such as SAP, S4 HANA and Salesforce CRM.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
