As part of the Customer Service / Operations department, you will be responsible for: Comprehensive B2B order management: Reception, recording, and tracking of orders from clients, clinics, and distributors through the ERP system. Issue resolution and support: Agile management of inquiries regarding shipment status, processing of delivery notes, returns, or transport incidents. Logistics coordination: Continuous communication with the warehouse to ensure the correct preparation and dispatch of products within the set deadlines. Support for international clients: Telephone and email support for clients and export accounts to resolve routine operational doubts or inquiries. Administrative management: Issuance of delivery notes, control of invoicing/credits in coordination with accounting, and updating the customer database.
