Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Service Delivery Manager, IT Service Manager, IT Operations Manager or head of technological services.
Experience in the operational management of IT services in companies within the technology sector.
Solid technical foundation in IT, computing, or telecommunications environments.
Experience in the coordination and leadership of technical teams.
Knowledge of ITIL 4 and IT service management best practices.
Experience in monitoring SLAs, KPIs, reporting, and analysis of operational indicators.
Capacity for organization, analysis, problem-solving, and customer orientation.
Availability to work on-site in Tordera (Barcelona).

The role

At Experis, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager / IT Operations Manager with experience in IT service management and technical team coordination to join a project for one of our strategic clients in the technology sector, located in Tordera (Barcelona).

We are looking for a profile with a global vision of IT operations, leadership capacity, and customer orientation, who guarantees service quality, compliance with service levels, and continuous process improvement.

What you'll do

Lead and coordinate the IT team, ensuring the correct functioning of operations.
Supervise and manage different lines of technological service, including IT, Office Printing, and associated services.
Guarantee compliance with service level agreements (SLA) and monitor performance indicators (KPI).
Analyze operational results, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
Coordinate the different teams and services involved, guaranteeing comprehensive and efficient management.
Manage incidents, identify recurring problems, and promote solutions.
Act as an interlocutor with the client, ensuring fluid communication and adequate management of their needs.
