The role

At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

What you'll do

Vertical and horizontal formwork: Assembly of panels (metal, wood, or phenolic) to shape retaining walls, columns, beams, slabs, and floor decks.

Hydraulic and sanitation elements: Construction of specific formwork for manholes, inspection chambers, concrete frames, collectors, and foundation slabs for water treatment plants or pumping stations.

Installation of watertightness elements: Fitting of expansion joints, waterstop bands, and wall sleeves before pouring to prevent water seepage.

Reading blueprints: Interpreting structural drawings to determine the exact elevations, dimensions, and volumes of the element to be formed.

Site layout: Marking out lines, axes, and levels of structures using levels, plumb bobs, or chalk lines.

Assistance during pouring: Monitoring the formwork structure during concrete filling to detect and correct any leaks, deformations, or shoring failures in real time.

Striking formwork (demolding): Systematic and safe removal of panels, props, and supports once the concrete has set and reached the required strength.

Maintenance and recovery of materials: Cleaning, scraping, deburring, and sorting formwork panels and props for reuse in later stages of the project.

Requirements

Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course

20-hour course specific to the formwork trade.

Rope access work

Training for working at height and in confined spaces

Salary: Fixed annual salary between 25,000 and 28,000 euros gross
