The role

What you'll do

Create automations to simplify repetitive tasks across different teams (operations, sales, finance, support, etc.).
Connect platforms and tools so they can communicate with each other.
Explore AI use cases (such as internal assistants, automatic summaries, information classification, data analysis).
Design automatic workflows using tools like n8n.
Collaborate with different areas to understand needs and turn them into practical solutions.
Test, improve, and maintain automations to ensure they are reliable and scalable.
Document ideas, processes, and improvements (without bureaucracy, but with order).
Coordinate with the company's different IT providers.

Requirements

Technical requirements (mandatory)

Experience working with APIs (consumption and integration):

or REST (GET/POST/PUT/DELETE)

or handling JSON/XML

or Webhooks

Solid knowledge of SQL:

or joins, filters, aggregations, subqueries or data cleaning and preparation of datasets

Experience with automation tools like n8n.
Knowledge of integrations with tools such as CRM / ERP / BI / Email.
Degree in Computer Engineering or similar.

Desirable requirements (plus)

Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex, etc.)
Knowledge of Python or JavaScript for scripts and custom logic.
Experience with cloud databases (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift).
Knowledge of PowerBI.
Key skills: Logical thinking and problem-solving, ability to work independently, clear communication with technical and non-technical areas, a mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation, and a service-oriented attitude.
